6-Hour CE and Legal Update Package 2009

• Michigan 2-hour Legal Update 2009 – This course discusses a variety of topics relating to Michigan real estate law. Topics include the unauthorized practice of law, recording acts, and issues of ownership and mortgage lending. Extensive consideration is given to recent changes in Michigan real estate license law.

• Understanding Credit and Improving Credit Scores – This course gives an overview of credit scores, credit reports, and credit bureaus; and advice on preventing identity theft and improving credit.
